I asked him if there was room, he said not too much, I said yes or no, he hung up on me, he needs to learn some manners.
Avoid in hot weather when there is no air conditioning
We were very disappointed with this hotel.
The location is certainly good, between the train station and the city center. The room was small.
Furthermore, our so-called "Privilege Room" overlooked all the garbage bins on the street, with the nauseating smells due to the heat.
With the heatwave we were experiencing, they didn't even offer us a fan. There was no soap in the bathroom. To make matters worse, there's a "France Horizons" establishment across the street from the hotel, and all night long, guests from that hotel (who seemed rather unsavory) wouldn't stop talking loudly and shouting. I went down to reception to report the situation, but the receptionist didn't do anything; the disturbances continued.
For those who value peace and quiet, avoid this hotel. At €77 a night, the price is not justified.
