It's rare that I advise against a place, but in this case, I have few qualms. The welcome was barely friendly, the rooms small with minimalist decor and lighting. To get Wi-Fi, you have to stay on the ground floor. Breakfast is decent, but the dining room is cramped. On the other hand, the bathroom is very nice.

Hotel with good value for money. The staff is friendly and attentive. All my requests were listened to and implemented. They took care of my arrival time, which I appreciated. The bedding is great, even better than some 3-star hotels! The breakfast is simple but good and efficient, so everyone can find something for themselves. The only downside is the location, which is not accessible by car. That said, a 2-minute walk and you're there. I recommend it for a business trip.
