Crossing the Loire by bike is relatively easy and safe thanks to the entirely flat, marked, and developed route:

• 630 linear kilometers between Nevers and the Atlantic Ocean
• 270 kilometers of loops and variations all around the route

Whether you're a fan of leisurely strolls or an experienced cyclist, the circuit is suitable for all levels, including children from 7 or 8 years old. It's therefore an ideal first experience for beginners.

You also have the option of taking the road in both directions or leaving by bike from Nantes and returning by train. The most important thing is to adapt the number of kilometers to your fitness level!
