What are the Abalone courses?
Whether you're a seasoned marathon runner or a novice looking for a personal feat, the Abalone Marathon has a route to suit your ambitions:
- Marathon (42.195 km) 🏃: An FFA-certified route through the heart of Nantes and its iconic sites. The route takes in the historic city centre, the Parc de Procé, the Jardin des Plantes and the banks of the Erdre. It's a demanding course, but one that's accessible to experienced runners.
- Half-marathon (21.0975 km) 🏃: An accessible distance for experienced runners and amateurs keen to challenge themselves.
- 10 km 🏃 : An ideal race for beginners and those looking for a more affordable distance. Take part in a friendly, festive race for all ages.
- Foulées de l'éléphant by Decathlon (5 km) 🏃 : A festive and friendly race open to all, young and old. The course is flat and accessible in Nantes city centre.
